Probably not that odd. The union does not recognize bonus as legitimate because we don’t recognize UPS’s fake numbers.
I do not know how long article 6 in the masteror article 19 section 6 in the centralhas been in the contract. I’m going to guess it was written after bonus was implemented to combat any future attempts at extra contract agreement.
