I wanted to know if they knew something national didn’t. Our wording is slightly different on extra contractual agreements.

Also, the union should negotiate that in the next contract because not having Union involved members with quite a liability if the company doesn’t follow through and they can’t use their Union to represent them as well as seniority issues.
