I loved calling them out on contractual issues. They always act like they know it all and try to intimidate people. I wasn’t up on every item in the contract, that’s what I had a steward for, but I knew a enough to know when management was full of shit.
After the last buyout, any manager or on road, who knew what they were doing or could really screw with people is gone. Now it’s just a bunch of snot know his kids that I can stick their face in their own turds when they do something stupid…. It’s really fun.
