I would agree with this, although we would have to see what the agreement actually said. As of yet, I haven’t seen it. Not sure if anyone else has seen it or not. If the agreement said to follow seniority Center by Center and feed department by feeder department then I’m not sure what you could do.
Here it went by Center senior seniority
It also went by feeder seniority, although we are different than most feeder locations so we have multiple locations but one feeder list for about 600 drivers. Because we got that agreement in our Rider in our local and Feeders. It did follow that.
