I realize some union leaders may have been eligible if they were still on the seniority list...BUT...the buyout was not meant for them, and it was DIRTY for them to take that spot away from real drivers.MHO
So, with the knowledge that these "union leaders" earn their position to serve you within our locals in three (3) year increments,
....and are on a contractual leave of absence and are eligible to return to the craft,
....what other seniority rights do you believe they are NOT entitled to?
Btw, I wish nobody ever got a buy out, just like it has been for nearly 119 years.
