Problem is they aren't really getting rid of union leaders....I'm quite sure someone is going to step right in their shoes.
I’d like to clear something up here and explain these people you keep calling “leaders” at the local level are really not leaders. They are representatives..
They are package car, drivers feeder drivers
Who members chose to represent them .
If at any time, people feel, they have not been represented properly those people can be voted out and sent right back to the package car and the feeder trucks.
Most of those people in Feeders and in package car that took these job jobs as representatives took a pay cut to do so. It’s not even debatable.
