The Delivery Protection Act would require companies to directly employ delivery drivers instead of using third-party subcontractors to drive down wages and undermine union standards.
It would be a game-changer at Amazon and also UPS Roadie which both use a scam subcontractor model to exploit drivers.
The law would help raise wages, improve working conditions, and stop companies from undercutting standards across the package industry.

The schwabs and blackrocks that are invested in UPS aren't stupid - they know that an extended work stoppage means all their other investments take a hit too. They're trying but good luck replacing 330,000 people with the flip of a switch. Not to mention even if roadie and robots could deliver all the packages that are already in the system at your center, feeders won't be bringing any more work in.
