This should be an immediate strike able issue
How do you tell a roadie package?
804 doesn't play around
Neither do most locals. Only difference is most locals don’t broadcast on social media like 804.

It's an interesting argument.
https://www.tdu.org/teamsters_rally_for_delivery_protection_act_with_sean_o_brien
“Amazon’s Delivery Service Partner model is the most dangerous business model in America today. It allows Amazon to break the law while hiding behind shell companies it has total control over,” O’Brien said. “The Delivery Protection Act is the blueprint for how workers can fight back against Amazon’s greed. The New York City Council must pass this critical legislation and do its part to protect American workers.”
The Delivery Protection Act would require companies to directly employ delivery drivers instead of using third-party subcontractors to drive down wages and undermine union standards.
It would be a game-changer at Amazon and also UPS Roadie which both use a scam subcontractor model to exploit drivers.
The law would help raise wages, improve working conditions, and stop companies from undercutting standards across the package industry.
UPS contract
People better save now. We gonna be out in the streets like illegal immigrants.

They’re working very fast and hard to get as much automation up as possible before the next contract. Same with this roadie shit

We deliver ~6% of the domestic GDP daily. The schwabs and blackrocks that are invested in UPS aren't stupid - they know that an extended work stoppage means all their other investments take a hit too. They're trying but good luck replacing 330,000 people with the flip of a switch. Not to mention even if roadie and robots could deliver all the packages that are already in the system at your center, feeders won't be bringing any more work in.
