Agreed. Preloader is more physically demanding they're loading 4 cars in 4 hours vs driver unloading one car in 12 hours. Driver has infinitely more responsibility and accountability.

Hey, Lot of variables…6 cars(light/heavy) in 3hrs. Driver 8hr plan (250 miles/40miles). Splitting(if applicable) the belt and loading a 500 with 125 pkgs is way easier that 90% of routes have done. Wait…Carol is in charge, let me adjust those numbers.

I did less than a year as a part-timer (thanks COVID). I'm sure I would've found a position and pace that was comfortable for me if I did it for an extended period of time just like I have as a driver.
