They "failed" him because he isn't telling us the whole story. I would wager that he has multiple unprofessional conduct issues on file. That there was more than just a middle finger and an angry customer call. If the arbitrator canned him then the burden of proof was met in the eyes of a3rd party observer.

Nobody’s attacking you and nobody says they have not done something like this as well we’re talking about you. You claim you had a target on your back. You may have, good luck proving that, but if you already knew it, you gave them all the ammo they needed. If you’re going to play the game, know the rules.
you are of course more than welcome to chase this as far as you feel it’s necessary, but it is a rabbit hole that I’ve seen very few people come out the other side.

He was in a hurry and wanted to get around everybody and I was the guy that held him up.. another driver wrote a statement about this guy’s driving, the other UPS driver was a few miles behind me, and this guy went swerving in and out of all the traffic all the way until he got to me.. his statement wasn’t notarized so that was thrown out at panel, my Union steward was not allowed to come either , and they didn’t bring up the article 37 on my boss . They pulled every string they could to hurt me .

If you were terminated for “stealing time” for buying that drink, and you accepted the reduced termination or went to a panel and was given your job back as a mercy case and to not do it again. You are on paper a time thief. If you accepted the discipline you received for your previous incident of inappropriate behavior or workplace violence. You are in fact, a two time offender.
These are the things the panels look at. Doesn’t matter if it was BS it stays on your record.

It’s nothing I’ll invest money into , but I’m still going to see what they . My bosses didn’t like me because I spoke my mine when dispatch did what dispatch does . And complained about all the other bs that made our life hard. So ya that’s all on me , hard to bite my tongue when I have a bulk delivery that should be at the back and they randomly put it in the 1000 shelf and my truck is loaded to the roof with Home Depot bulk , always doing something to make things harder . I busted my ass for that place.. if a fellow driver needed help I was the guy that helped . . A lot of times I didn’t even get asked. I would ask the boss , do you want me to go help this person. I always volunteered to work Saturdays for peak.. I gave a lot to that company. And again, 21 years , and never really had an issue until this manager.

If you can find someone to do it, pro bono go for it. Wouldn’t want you to waste a lot of money on something that rarely gets traction. there are other jobs out there, and they may not pay as much, but the quality of life and work life balance are often better. Once the stinging of this dies down, I think you’ll be fine.

That was me that made that statement. So tell me... why did this road rage person become an issue when he cut you off? Did he call it in? Did you get in an accident? Did you threaten him when he went off on you? Whats the whole story? I have noticed that all we have gotten is your side of how bad you got screwed over. So what did the other side say you did that was so bad?
This is the POS . Looked like 280 lbs of steroids . Also fairly certain he’s a sex offender for touching his 11 year old cousin . He’s been divorced . Does hvac for mommy’s company . I did some digging . Not that it helped , cuz ups can fire ya for anything .
