I'm starting to see why the panel believes the customer. I have a feeling you've been disciplined multiple times for unprofessionalism. Probably something thats similar to what the customer accused you of. Im sure those past issues were presented at panel as well. Watching you attempt to interpret article 6.1 also tells me alot as well. I also have a feeling you were your own worst enemy at panel and blamed everyone but yourself for the issue. Hell I wouldn't be surprised to here you even told the panel they have no proof.

No actually at panel I showed them a certificate for anger management, a letter from a psychologist I was seeing , I wrote a statement about how much I enjoyed my job and how proud of me my family was for how hard I work . How the last 2 years was a tough time because my best friend of 30 years who was military since 2004 drank himself into organ failure . But you think what you want . I’m out . Glad I came here to vent and maybe get support of other teamsters but you’re all perfect I guess . Enjoy your jobs

Well now I blame your BA. He should have never let you present your anger management issues or a letter from your psychologist! That just makes you look guilty! You're practically admitting to having anger issues and admitting that its absolutely possible that you would flip off a customer repeatedly.
In all honesty I wish you luck brother. Sorry to be a dick but I knew things were missing and now the pieces are starting to fall in place.
