Trump signs order to reclassify marijuana as less dangerous drug amid GOP backlash
Great move by Trump!! It’s still not far enough, but it’s more than Biden or Obama did
it needs to be taken further and be de scheduled like alcohol and treated on a state by state basis
now, after trumps move, it will be easier for marijuana companies in legal states to operate, and it allows research to be done on the plant, which was heavily restricted before
it needs to be completley de scheduled though because as of now it is still infringing on the second ammendment, not allowing people who use marijuana to own guns, even if they are in a state that chooses for it to be legal
a great first step by Trump though
