Yeah, doubt that only one agent/officer saw something concerning enough to justify pulling out and pointing a handgun like that. And if he actually had he probably wouldn’t have switched back to the pepper ball gun that quickly.

Anything worth pointing a gun at someone’s head would be worth detaining and arresting them over. First thing they teach you in gun safety class is not to point your gun at someone you’re not willing to kill
if a citizen pulled their gun like that on someone they would be arrested for brandishing
