To be fair, we are all journalists under the 1st Amendment. You can’t incite or harass, but the 1st Amendment gives that right in public. But, if he was asked to leave, he had to, since he was on private property. It was technically open to the public, but still not publicly owned.

Barging in to try and intimidate and interfere with innocent people and their kids during a church service. That's the kind of thing that could make even the most reluctant agree that it's time for a civil war. So everyone involved should be prosecuted under the FACE Act or we could be looking at much larger problems.
