Surely if you’re being tackled and having ribs broken by a federal employee, you must have assaulted them right? And I imagine if you get charged with assaulting a federal agent you’re not released the same day, that’s a big crime
A few days ago , I posted that Pretti would not be still alive had he survived Saturday's shooting.His actions above confirm it.His mental state had fallen to the point where he saw himself as a savoir for all the wanted criminal aliens.His moral compass was broken.

Why didn’t the feds charge him?
because he probably didn’t commit any crime they could charge him with, and they knew people were around with cameras to prove it
