Should look at all the infringements that the courts have ruled that it is legal to do so.
NO one should have to get a license, nor have special training, nor be restricted on certain kinds of weapon that they buy.
Congress and some states have put up very strict roadblocks that must be followed in order to exercise your 2nd amendment rights.
