I'm leaving this job, and I don't see a viable (25 years of security) path in another union job right about now. I'm starting my own.
I feel like it's hard to get a better union than the Teamsters, and it feels like they're taking one heck of a beating recently.

It’s a hard decision to make I almost left 20 years ago I’m glad I didn’t now but who knows maybe I’d been better off tho. My plan was quit and go to Vegas for work. I went to visit and while drinking at the casino a older guy I was taking to left the post office for a like reason He wasn’t doing so well so that conversation I had with him kept me at UPS He was older so less options
