"We’ll never know. Regardless, we stand at the ready to pour free beer
the day it happens," the post read, referring to a promotional campaign
Bangstad created to hand out free beer when Trump dies.
Kirk Bangstad, owner of the Minocqua Brewing Company and founder of a
political action committee supporting progressive politics, said
Saturday in a post from his brewing company's Facebook account, "Well,
we almost got #freebeerday. Either a brother or sister in the Resistance
needs to work on their marksmanship or he faked another assassination
to get a positive news cycle."
He wouldn't have been able to get into the ballroom. That's what leftists will dislike about it the most at this point.
The event wouldn’t have been held in the ball room in the first place, there were about 2500 people there and the ballroom will only be able to hold 1000
"Paramount has noted it will be 49.5%-owned by non-U.S. investors after completing a planned merger with Warner Bros. Discovery.
The stat came to light in a request Monday by Paramount for approval of the foreign ownership stake by the Federal Communications Commission. The company said the arrangement, including a 24% holding shared by three Middle East investment funds, will give the combined company “greater access to capital.” The infusion of financial resources will enable Paramount to “compete more effectively in the provision of television broadcast services and in the broader video programming marketplace,” the filing said."
I see. Would still be a security improvement for smaller events.
I guess, I don’t really give a shit if it’s not coming from tax payer money, but it’s just weird how everyone is demanding by it now
When you think about it, nothing happened. They had extremely lax security, multiple guests said so, some crazy guy got through and secret service did their job and nobody got killed
What’s weird to me though is Trump had a shooting at a rally and none of this topic came up. Should we pay for tip of the line security buildings so politicians can do rally’s now? Kirk got shot at a school, and all the mass shootings that happen, why no discussion about paying for top of the line security schools?
It’s really starting to seem like there’s more about this ballroom then they’re letting on and doesn’t seem organic at this point, and until this happened I never heard a person mention security being the reason for a ballroom, it never got brought up, but then a judge shot it down and said they can’t for non security reasons, then suddenly there’s a shooting and now everyone’s repeating it
