Bro no shit. That's really going to suck for him next week.
He's one of those old people that falls for all the scam calls and catfishes too. He's convinced he just won a $580,000 "bonus" from some site. Just after he sends them $6,000 first smh
They even tried to start, forcing exception Air driver to run full routes.
Sorry that’s not acceptable. Those are part-time air drivers.. their job is not to cover full routes because you don’t have the proper staffing.
Nothing fucked me off like running an air shuttle until almost midnight (that part I liked) then calling me the next morning because they need a regular route run. DURR. YOU CAN COME IN AT 10. Weak ass contract.

Don’t answer the phone or just say no.
After a couple of grievances, they are not trying to force these exception Air driver‘s daily.
A couple of them have other jobs after they do their early a.m. work. The company was abusing them, causing them to almost lose their other job. Bunch of dicks.

Thing is I was a reg-temp covering stuff (with the exception of one route I was running almost daily towards the end) so I'm not entirely sure what all applied in that regard.
I actually kinda liked that route I was running at the end there. Too bad the company did everything in its power to make the job insufferable.

Yep, we have regular part-time drivers that deliver early a.m. and regular next day Air as needed.
We’ve agreed in the past they can be used to deliver ground if they’re paid full scale in case of an “emergency” the company continually understaffing is not an emergency. It’s just shitty management.

All of our early Ams was run by 22.3 drivers and full time drivers.

The air route I covered when the highest seniority guy at the center was off was badass. But drivers I've talked to in the meantime told me that route had been eliminated in the meantime since I've been gone.
That ground route I said I liked I don't think was a bid route so it's probably not even there anymore now either.
