No need but easy to work on!!! Some high seniority drivers like there old things like the cars and especially hand carts. I kept drivers in same car daily. I had it set up so when a new car would come in it would go seniority order if it was the right size tho. I started that when the power steering cars came in then the automatic trans cars. I did it until all drivers had power steering in seniority order then after all had power steering I did the new cars to high seniority again. This worked very well. Some drivers passed on a new car.

In my center the power steering mostly went to whoever whined the most - who were almost all low seniority. I was pretty high on the list but ended up being one of the last.

I was talking about this with one of my kids when he was in high school. He couldn’t grasp the fact that I’d never been late for work. That kid was late everywhere. Joined the Air Force, when he came home 8 years later he’s never late. he has 2 sons now I heard him tell one of them if you’re on time your late. what goes around comes around
