They just went up to $265 a month. That includes total lawn care, trash pickup, access to amenity center with about 60 clubs and interest groups. $6M budget for 2100 homes now, half of that goes to landscaping, the place looks like a resort. The golf course membership is extra. I use a two-story gym everyday and belong to a woodcarving group. My wife does water aerobics in the indoor pool. There is always something to do.
