That was built by Del Webb, correct? How do you like the quality of the home?
It is a Del Webb community, you are buying into an active lifestyle, plenty of things to do all the time. I first became aware of them before I built a new house here five years ago after looking at a Sun City Center near Tampa they run. Just my little neighborhood, one of fourty, has something to do just about every day. Usually one event a month, card games three times a week, some of the guys golf, go out to eat as couples, I could keep going on. We have a Chicago tribute band coming in next month. There is always live music somewhere every week. Pulte is the homebuilder. Not perfect but the quality is pretty good I would say. You have to be fifty to build a new house and fifity-five to buy a resell. I built a 2888 square foot house for $326K in 2020 right before I retired, it's worth $450K now. Plenty of room, even an upstairs apartment we rent to one of our sons. Gourmet kitchen, sun room, walk-in closets and showers, we spent an extra $100K in options.
