this is likely a very large reason for the lawsuit from the Teamsters. Absolutely no input and no control. Can’t say I blame them. I don’t trust the company to administer these things fairly or equitably.
710s lawsuit was because there was no language about seniority being followed.
I know they didn’t win, but UPS DID commit to following seniority when sued.
