Buy union made cars you twat. Live your values.
You live them, I prefer reliable vehicles, fool.

Honda was probably the first Japanese company to build a big plant in the US but yeah they kept it non union.
I drove Chevies before that
I have mostly driven Chevy. I did drive my Mom's old Ford after she died but I never bought one on my own. My wife's Lincoln doesn't count. I did buy a Renault when I was a poor PT'er and I have to admit it was worse than a Ford. French engineering at its finest.
Sorry to hear that.
Chevy’s are not without their own issues, but none of them have ever been as catastrophic as the fords I’ve owned.

Chevy has more of a reputation of minor problems that are cheaper to fix.
I’ve had other buddies who have owned Fords that had great luck. One of them still has a range from the mid to late 1990s that’s still rolling.
For whatever reason, I just had bad luck every time
I had 3 GM pickups that all had a major problems. (fixed under warranty)
2 Ford Crown Victoria's with the 4.6 that were great. F-150 with the 5.4 Trition which had spark plug
and oiling issues. Give me shit.... my retirement car is a Honda. UAW and my Local Union tried to
organize them to no avail. Lot of time and money wasted.

Honda was smart enough to pay their workers enough that it cut off any possibility of union getting a foothold there.
