I

I do care!

And I will pray for @johney

I never felt the need for that insurance although if you want to take it, fine.

My insurance is simply following their methods. They hate me for all they want.

Maybe your manager is smart enough not to fire you just because he hates you but not all managers are.

I just like the idea of being fired by a not smart manager and making more money sitting at home waiting to get my job back than I do when I'm working.

  1. No
  2. You fuck off
  3. 🌽

In my career, I’ve had many managers. Some of them are smart. Most of them not lol, the majority of them have hated me simply because I do my job and I’m quite attractive!

The key is consistency.

If I should ever need the money, I put money away weekly and have for years for just such an occasion instead of paying premiums.

Actually it was really good

Im glad I bought extra because they are all gone now.

That looked like Aldis cheese!!

Well in any event this guy could've used it. Hell, maybe it would cover his 'attorney fees'

Perhaps

Although he did two things that are probably the worst thing you could possibly do.

He said he was a “great employee” to the company. Opened the door for them to expand upon his mistakes and discipline from the past. The company has a whole list of things that they will use against you to try and frame you as a terrible employee when you give them a chance.

Then he took it upon himself to go out and interview UPS customers and presented to the panel. I’m almost certain that was against what his business agent would have wanted him to do and there’s a reason for that.

He hung himself.

A friend of mine a while ago told me that any time the company gives you a safe driving award or one of those lytx recognition papers or anything saying you did a good job to keep it all in a folder at home so that if you ever go to panel you can rebut when the company says you have an overall unacceptable work history or whatever the verbage they use is

Well, if you get that far and do it right, you’ll never give them the opportunity to go very far back in your past.

If the first thing you do is go into a panel and say I’ve been a great employee or a good employee. You’ve opened the door for them to throw everything at you and they probably have more “bad stuff” than you have good stuff.

Always best to just keep it to the issue at hand and listen to your business agent.

He did two other worst things he could do, steal from the company and falsify records

Well, if you wanna get all technical…..

Notice two other employees got their jobs back and he didn’t. They probably listen to their business agent, even though they “ stole time” as well

I love Velveeta

Garbage, but if that's all you got.

They put that crap on Altoona style pizza.

I didn’t say that. Read what I posted. It’s been going up for weeks.

This is when many refineries shutdown to convert their operations from the Winter Blend over to some of the Summer Blends. Due to local laws, different Summer Blends are created, thus raising prices.

Summer Blends typically provide a slight boost in fuel economy but are generally more expensive to produce.

Summer blend gasoline is typically required to be sold from June 1 to September 15 each year in the United States. Refineries begin transitioning to summer blend production as early as March and April to meet this deadline.

The refineries are closed for good due to the regulations in California. Valero just left, I think it was Chevron that left last month.

That’s a 22.4 Aldi cheese.
