Round here it's established practice that if you are disciplined you can fill out a grievance disputing it after the meeting ends (on the clock). It takes 2 minutes. These guys don't turn in grievances and then complain "Stewart didn't do anything for me!"
Stuart is kind of a jerk. I do like his steward though.
