Wouldn’t be the first time. You act like this is something new. Again, I spent the first three or four years of my career laid off until as late as May some years I work in a large building so I was able to work inside. Annoying for sure, but not the end of the world.

I got laid off every year for 3 years, right after peak. I worked 9 months every year until I made the seniority list. I’d have killed somebody if asked, to make that fuckin list, luckily I finally got in.
In our supplement they have to offer voluntary layoffs from the top down first. The low seniority guys are always blown when it doesn't get to them (me included).
