On my first route I had a True Value warehouse on my route, first stop on a 24’ straight truck with a 300 piece average. I pulled up one morning and they refused to accept. They were closed for inventory and didn’t bother to let me know in advance. My Center Manager said eff that, he sent my On Car out with an empty car and RTSed the whole load. The good old days, when local management mattered.
