It for sure can be. And constant flopping is the worst part. I've never once seen someone fall down and get right back up. It's always followed by 30 seconds of rolling around holding their leg. It's like get up you puss!!
Ehh I definitely don't usually. I'll admit I only got into a bit cuz of my USA pride and they were doing alright. I thought oh this isn't that bad. Has it's good moments. After this world cup is over I doubt I'll watch again til the next one.
