It’s a meeting with Labor, Union BA, and the case worker (who is on conference call).
They go over your RTW conditions (such as random tests) and the length of your treatment. I’ve seen some people get
harsh conditions and others that got nothing.... just depends on their evaluation of you. Just stick with the RTW plan
and you will be Ok. But, I mean to the letter. The average that I saw was 1 year follow up with around 6-8 unannounced tests.

Yeah I'm aware of what it entails I'm just waiting to get the call to tell me when the meeting is. I'm assuming it's soon since they just had me do the piss test yesterday. Doubt they'd do that and then keep me sitting around waiting for another month

The only people that are supposed to know.... are Labor, Union BA, and to a limited extent, center manager. (for scheduling purposes)
Outside of that.... it is a serious HIPAA violation for any other company people to know. On-car supes.. OMS office people.. etc.
