Do some of you D’bags come here just to be a$$holes?
Someone created this site to replace something we lost…a community of people who work for UPS.
I am starting to believe, we are becoming that Amazon driver which clocked the 71 year old man.
No one came to his rescue.
I was once proud to believe that if one of us, a UPSer, would have come to the aid of someone if we happen to be in the store at the same time the Amazon driver hit the 71 year old man.
We would have stayed until authorities arrived and our supervisor would have good with our response.
Considering the responses I have reviewed here, I would believe that helping hand has been replaced by pulling out your cellphone and record it.
We can still make this place great.

What was Meaningless Fluff?
If you did something, like hold the door open for an elderly man, pushing someone in a wheelchair and they sincerely showed appreciation.
Of course that had Meaning to you and more so to the gentleman you held the door to make his day easier.
Talk about it.
We all, I believe have moments to restore faith in humanity and more so, each other.
So grow up.
Appreciate we have this forum.
Be kind.
And of course, I expect some immaturity in the responses to my post.

The flooding videos are insane.
My girlfriend had to go down to Fishers for work.
There was standing water everywhere, and numerous roads out.
We're north of all that, thank God.

I believe most everybody here is probably a pretty good person.
I think right now UPS isn't a very fun place to be. That it's easy for people to sometimes forget we are all brothers (or sisters).
Nothing ever stays the same. There are definitely better days ahead. :)

I agree. UPS isn’t a very fun place to be.
Work is work and really does not fall under the fun category. However, something is missing.
I look around and many broken ‘give a damn’ aura’s in the most positive people in our wildly important world.
This ain’t Casey’s UPS.
This is one reason we need each other.
And can make this place an escape.
Face it, the outside world, mention you work at UPS. The perception is positive. Everyone knows someone that works at UPS and asks if by chance we know their family member, next door neighbor, the guy that left the grocery store for UPS (you where so happy for them to start a career), their friend’s brother, you know the drill.
