My sister just got a new computer and I get to have the joy of setting it up for her tomorrow. She's worse than @future I have to go and clean up her computer every couple of years because of all the malware and spyware she gets from clicking on links. She likes to use Edge and have the AI predict her behavior - and also creates a shitload of spam. I just asked her to start her new computer and log in to the Microsoft account she wants to do then Download the always present Windows updates. About 10 emails yesterday weren't enough. This morning she called me on the phone when she was stuck on the page asking if she wanted the free trials of bundled offers. Even worse it was McAfee which I specifically warned her about. She already paid for Norton but that is another issue.I told her she could copy the files she wanted to save from her old computer to an external drive or USB stick. And she didn't even know what those were.(end rant)
