There is no hope left for California.
Even the homeless have organized.
The city of Berkeley tried to clear out the encampments last year, but
the effort was stifled by the Berkeley Homeless Union, a group that sues
on behalf of homeless residents.

You can't upload it directly from your phone but I thought you could upload it to a sharing site first then link it like a youtube video. Or for shorter files convert the file to a gif then upload.
