One of my neighbors is an independent trucker. He told me he fuels up in the cheaper states so he can just drive through the more expensive ones.
Lol! I can not confirm or deny finding things like that on the beaches here full of Marijuana. Had buddies of mine find Kilo's of cocaine floating in the Gulfstream on their way to fishing trips in the Bahamas. Never kept them for fear of getting caught, but did call the Coast Guard.
