All ours did was hire part timers for the Hub. They had no clue about answering questions about Workman's Comp or retirement benefits.
It was actually a woman who did hiring that helped me when the guy who was supposed to handle retirees would never do his job. She looked into it and saw the problem (someone entered the wrong code into a database). She didn't have database access to fix it so contacted the boss to straighten things out.
I haven't been back to my building in at least 3 years. I still text one of my feeder buddies and talk on the phone every couple of weeks and one of the feeder mechanics I still text every once in a while. Couple of packages guys I still talk to that's about it.
After that last center closed, my center has routes pushing 200 miles a day. Add some freezing conditions to drop that battery, and I bet it couldn't even do a full day.
