Really not surprising at all. First she admits in the very beginning of the video that her local got her job back over very quickly. Her local is under no obligation to help her file NLRB charges. It appears as far as they were concerned the grievance had been settled. NLRB charges can take an extremely long time it’s very possible she’s in a smaller local or they don’t have the time or resources to chase after such things after a settlement has been made.

She said she is in Georgia, so that would be Local 728. From the video, I’m guessing she is running for office under a different slate than the one that’s been in power for several decades. Just my opinion, this is the first I have heard of this.

Local 728 is a huge local with great finances. The President of that local is the grievance coordinator for UPS panels. Very good guy.
