Yes, it did go through although there’s still open grievances and litigation. I did not read those contracts that driver signed, but if they’re like the current ones and the buyout is rescinded through the grievance process or lawsuits, they’ll be required to pay it back.. I wonder how many people read that part of this kind from this and malevolent company.
