Its only supposed to go by seniority in locals. Although I find it hard to believe that @gumby wasn’t not the top or least, very close in his local.
So far from what I’m hearing in my local, they’re actually going by seniority and it’s mostly feed drivers in my building which originally there was talk that they weren’t going to include them, because we have another building with a lot of lower seniority people that are laid off they were going to give it too.
We are tracking it at my local to make sure it’s being done properly. Make sure people call their local do the same.
So far, I know I’ve only one package of car driver here.

I know 5 members that came over to local 41 when Lawrence closed all 5 accepted all with 20 years plus seniority
