That condo that fell down in Lauderdale was old. Those old one's by the beach have big problems with steel in the concrete rusting, since that happened they have changed a ton of regulations and now those people are crying poverty because they are being assessed thousands of dollars for repairs to meet code. Yea gotta laugh.
