One time I got a USB stick from them that wasn't the size I ordered. It was less than $10 and Amazon told me to just keep it and gave me a credit for it.
Only once did I need to take a package to the UPS store to send back but that was a much more expensive item. Probably half the volume at UPS stores is Amazon returns.
