Alrighty boysâŚ.Donât f**k around with skin cancer. This is called MOHS surgery for basil cell carcinoma. Starts off as a little scab that wonât heal and thenâŚ. this.Fortunately, once they cut it off, youâre done. Surface stuff and canât spread.Really thought it would have been my left ear.
Good God, dude.
You good?
That's some scary stuff.

I had a spot cut off the side of my face years ago using MOHS surgery. They slice a little layer off and look at it under a microscope to figure out if they got all of it. If not, they slice another layer off going deeper and do the same. When they get a clean report, you are done. I had a spot about the size of a nickel. The spot felt dead for a few years, until the nerves eventually grew back. I have no scar at all from it and I do go to a dermatologist on a regular basis to be looked at.
