Harbor Freight sells a fogger. Not really a fogger, more of a mister. Fill it with generic pyethrine and kill mosquitoes, ticks.

I was looking at the reviews on that fogger, seems OK. Good distance and no propane which is a plus.
Dunks are useful too if you can reach the gutters. They also sell a granular.
