@future

Coming for the gay ass Sabres soon.

I do know that an initial consultation via a zoom call will cost nothing. Is there a case? Who knows.

Disclosure is something that will uncover all the facts. Right now both sides are not releasing much information.

We do know if one does absolutely nothing you will receive nothing.

I'd be surprised if a lawyer would even entertain a zoom call for this, most likely it would be a paralegal. Most if not all lawyers that take cases on contingency are personal injury,they have a better chance of getting money....this situation? Far too risky for them to put out time and effort especially if there is travel involved. Even my w/c attorney took $$$ from me up front for office and travel expense's, I got it all back when he won my case, but just saying I'd find it hard to believe one would take it on that. Now you want to pay one to do it? Maybe.

There isn’t a lawyer in the world that would take this case. Unions have a broad and legal right to negotiate for their members.

Any lawyer that has a clue what he’s doing would be a fool to take such a case.

Just as much of a fool as anyone who suggest you should try to find a lawyer to do so.

Not to mention we’re talking about $150,000 which to a lawyer is almost nothing.

I think some live to stir the pot.

How they managed a full career at UPS without learning the rules or how any of it works is still mind blowing though.

How goes it Greeny?

Screwing them on the 9.5s?

Screwing them on the 9.5s?

You have to actually work to file a 9.5

You have to actually work to file a 9.5

You don’t work…
