which means: more layoffs are on the way...
Especially with all the surcharges they are putting on at the end of the month plus cutting Amazon in half next year

Could be some places, but it definitely won’t be here. Finally got them to hire 18 people but we need 40. We’ll take them.
our Hub is empty, no packages, no work, no money, smells like the end is near for this company...
Damn

Your hub is empty? Or do you work in a Center? Very unlikely that hubs are empty

Personally, I can’t wait for FedEx to take all that work back and drown, lol they couldn’t do it a few years ago when I got rid of Amazon, they’re not gonna be able to do it now either

Especially with them, merging the ground and express buildings
The express building next to me is closing next month.

Almost all the ones I stopped and talked to say they’re looking for other work, and their turnover was already bad.
and we got no new customers, we just keep loosing them, because she made our sales team almost non-existent
That's the plan
Apparently
I think that the real plan is to run this company to the ground, declare bankruptcy, then re-open it as a non-Union
The shareholders would never go for that.
we just lost Best Buy account, FedEx is gonna take care of them now
FedEx isn’t going to deliver much Best Buy that’s gonna go to Rodie and other gig companies.
at CACH
Interesting since we’re having the heaviest day we’ve had all year and they said CACH was buried today as well.
more stops on my truck today than I’ve ever had been on this route for over 22 years lol
Probably our last day in business though

Good Good
Suffer

Suffer
Well, you know I’m not gonna suffer, but they will. We can roll packages we’ve done it many times this year lol
Break the Teamsters at the expense of the company
Bad decisions lead to big money. Another hundred thousand dollars worth of grievances for 9.5 paid yesterday. Quickly approaching $700,000 for the year lol. $114 an hour that quadruple time penaltyis pretty steep. 🤷♂️

It's saving the company money...

Could be, but that’s their problem they agreed to this they need to abide by it.
I haven't seen CACH buried for years now, and for the past 2 years it's empty. Yesterday it was empty in fact, both Primaries had 5-10 trailers sitting on them, half of the bays for Primaries and for the Outbound were empty all day long, so I don't know who told you it was buried.
well, then we should’ve been out of business two years ago? I think you’re confusing what the feeder news network says. And reality. Yes it’s slower but no, we’re not going out of business.
