The glide down we should be concerned with is all of the non-Amazon accounts we've lost. And continue to lose.

Thats what happens when you let the air freight sit on a regular basis

Maybe UPS is trying to squeeze some extra money from Amazon.

We all know Amazon can't handle all the work they have.

I think they are giving us the poorly packed crap, so the boxes look like they've been through a war zone when they get delivered.

They've been packed terrible again.

Plastic see through bags.

Plastic see through bags.

Those are rediculous.

When I do buy from them, I always put that it is a gift, so it comes with an outer box.

Plastic see through bags.

They're reverting back to the good old days, by putting something small in big boxes, again.

I bet I haven't had 2 or 3 things delivered by UPS in the last year. Alll our stuff (and we order quite a bit) comes Amazon, USPS or FedEx Ground. I honestly don't know how UPS stays in business anymore. I was told my old center was only sending out about 30 trucks a day now compared to 50 some the last few years.

We can't handle all of ours either. Send it all to the post office. And whatever the post office can't handle gets chucked in the dumpster behind Wendy's.
