Mistakes to avoid when filing a Grievance!

The most common mistake I see people making is not including a resolution in the body of their grievance.
You aren't going to get anywhere with a grievance that just says "Supervisor joe called me ugly".
"Supervisor joe called me ugly. He should apologize to me and make a commitment to treating me with dignity and respect in the future" is actionable.
