Not only is it in the same paragraph it's in the same sentence. IMO argument using that language is going nowhere unless you can show how doing 2FA is diminishing your compensable time.
Do you have a maintenance of standards clause in your supp? Is not being required to use my phone at the time our contract was ratified considered a 'general working condition'?
