Honestly, for being laid off, it sounds like he’s got it pretty good. He’s making full scale next to part timers employees. He just needs to toughen up a little. All of us dealt with being laid off and seniority in our career at one point or another. seniority sucks ………when you don’t have any.

Just tired of the crybaby mentality. When I got laid off my first year(88) for a couple weeks not once did I cry the few old timers should leave so I can work. Even my first year in feeders when I bounced back and forth from package one week to feeders(at night) the next for an entire year did I cry about it like this pussy.

The worst part was when you get bounced back to bundles for the week, but come Friday, they need you to cover a night feeder job.
Work bundles Mon-Thurs during the day, and then work Friday night in feeders and then come back in Sunday night for the feeder job you're covering the next week.
What happened to the weekend? There really wasn't one.

They couldn't do that here thank God, when you got pulled for feeders it was for the week and vice versa. It did suck though coming out of package Friday to cover a feeder run that started Sunday night.
We have to work one day in January to get paid out for option days
You have to work another Peak Season for that. I retired the middle of October right before the time change and them loading me up with a Driver Helper. Screw UPS.
