We all know company numbers are fake. We also know some drivers think they are smarter than everyone, get caught stealing time, get fired.

Been on many the ojs. Never been in trouble since I did what I was paid to do.

In my experience outside of the yearly ride with management, OJS rides are not given unless they think you’re doing something you’re not paid to do.

It is. Don't call out 50 days in shoet order, you might get fired and lose that buyout!

It stayed on topic longer than most

I'll help.

Sounds like 5 from my old center signed up for the buyout. Out of about 75. We'll see how many they approve.

Yes, extending their lunch is stealing time like I said totally different and I have no pity for them. Couldn’t care less with the OJS ride shows as long as the teamster is doing the best he can daily.

How many times have you seen management massage a Load They’re going out with?

How many times have you seen managementTry to help an hourly to get done while on route?

We can play that game all day both ways.

If management lets someone get so far as to call in 50 times before they start discipline, that’s their problem

I got suspended for taking 31 minutes of lunch. Instead of 30. As in I accurately recorded that the amount of unpaid time between the wheels stopping and starting again was 31 minutes. At the local level labor made the cm apologize to me.

I'll help.

Sounds like that CM really likes you?

I was surprised at how few package car drivers accepted it at my building

Yes, I think he’s what they call a Measter.

He has some pretty good gifs though.

Aren't those the ones that just want the benefits but don't want to actually bother? He sounds like a Dave to me.

Yeah. He was fun to mess with.

Here’s why we don’t trust the company.

Over the next few weeks, there might be a lot of pissed off high seniority, people in other locations.

Unless it was pouring rain or blinding snow, I always keep my driver's door open, with no heat on during the winter. My driving methods prevented any sup from doing a second ride along with me.

Heard rumor 15 of ~100 drivers in my old center are getting bought out. Guess we will find out if that's true soon enough.
