In the eighties I got a check for $1.72 for a class action suit against a bank.

I did get a check for $180.00 on the Theranos lawsuit. I got a blood test once when they had locations in Walgreens.

I’ve seen a few people try to sue this company. I’ve been subpoenaed by the company to give a deposition

In every case, the person suing the company was way outmatched UPS lawyers are on the 10th floor wearing $2000 suits.

Watch one guy pretty much destroyed his whole family was wasting his time doing this and got nothing out of it

I'm hearing about Union workers (BAs and such) who keep their seniority with UPS, but work for the union, getting the buyout! Can't work for UPS anymore, but they get the $150,000 AND keep their job with the union. This when real drivers in their local did not get the buyout.
Is that dirty or what?

Two shop stewards from my building one was feeders both took the last buyout and went to work full time for local 769 in Miami as business agents.

Seems like everything here was on the up and up. Doesn’t sound like it was that way everywhere

I am very surprised by how few package car drivers were approved in my location.

I may have to work a little bit longer but I will definitely not be here in December.

And make 11k a month is a little bit more than my pension...

I smell a nice workers comp claim coming right before you leave.

We must have had quite a few PC drivers take it, because they are calling up all the laid off drivers back on April 28th. Think we had 15-20 PC driver LO.
